This new resource from the National Collaborative on Childhood Obesity Research (NCCOR) provides measures of energy expenditure for 196 common youth activities, including sedentary activities.
The Youth Compendium represents a great advancement in the field of youth energy expenditure and is the first compendium to be based entirely on youth data, including MET values separated into four different age groups.
