  • finely chopped chicken – 500 g;
  • quail eggs – 8 pcs.;
  • chicken eggs – 1 pc.;
  • cheese – 150 g;
  • ground crackers – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • salt and spices to taste.
Cooking sequence
  1. We combine chopped meat, crackers, 100 g of cheese and an egg, mix thoroughly.
  2. Add spices and salt to taste, once again mix the minced meat well.
  3. We divide the minced meat into eight identical parts, sculpt the balls from them and put it on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil.
