Who should not eat peaches

Due to its unique taste and aroma, peach is one of the most beloved and healthy summer fruits in children and adults. For a healthy person, the daily norm is 600 g of fruits. But still, not everyone can eat a peach, since there are contraindications.

It should be remembered that peach is not suitable for every diet.

So, peaches should not be eaten by those who:

  • individual intolerance;
  • increased acidity of gastric juice;
  • diabetes;
  • chronic diarrhea.
