The tool has a fairly impressive list of contraindications. This is an increased sensitivity, pregnancy – the first and third trimester, the period of breastfeeding, with gastrointestinal pathologies or bleeding, with bronchial asthma, etc.

As side effects, the possibility of allergic reactions is noted, urticaria, Quincke’s edema may appear. Anaphylactic reactions rarely occur. From the gastrointestinal tract, heartburn, vomiting, nausea, and even quite noticeable pains in the stomach can occur.

Thrombo ACC

Available in tablets. The active substance is acetylsalicylic acid. Reduces platelet aggregation by suppressing thromboxane A, lowers blood coagulation. Systemic use leads to a prolonged decrease in thromboxane A in serum, as well as its metabolites. It has antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory effect. The tablets have a special enteric-soluble coating, which provokes additional resistance to the action of gastric juice, which eliminates any side effects from the stomach.

Thrombo ACC

Indications:

  • Primary prevention of myocardial infarction.
  • Secondary heart attack prevention.
  • In the treatment and prevention of cerebrovascular accidents.
  • Prevention of embolism and thrombosis.

As contraindications, it is indicated that there is no possibility of use up to 18 years, during lactation and pregnancy, with nephrolithiasis, increased bleeding, hemophilia and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract. Stomach pain, certain allergic manifestations may occur. Rarely, but still there is urticaria, Quincke’s edema, vomiting, heartburn, prolonged nausea.

If the patient has serious gastrointestinal diseases, the use of Acecardol is recommended, since it has minimal negative aspects of exposure to the intestines and stomach, does not cause any irritating reactions. With long-term use, this remedy is often used.

Thrombotic ACC is more effective if the patient has certain kidney pathologies, since additional components minimize possible side effects of a negative nature.
