Diet for obesity

Diet for obesity. Diet No. 8 we recommend that patients with obesity in the absence of diseases of the digestive system. Reducing caloric intake is from carbohydrates, especially easily digestible, and, to a lesser extent fats (mostly animal) with normal or slightly elevated protein content.

The restriction of free fluid, sodium chloride and stimulants appetite foods and dishes. The increase in the content of dietary fiber. Dishes – boiled, stewed and baked. Roasted, pureed and minced products are undesirable. For sweet dishes and drinks use sugar substitutes (xylitol and sorbitol to incorporate into caloric diet). The food temperature is normal.

Diet contains high amounts of protein (120 g) reduced – fat (60-70 g), 200-250 g carbs, 5-8 g of salt to 1 liter of liquid. The energy value of the daily diet of about 2000 kcal. Weight diet – 3 lbs. Spices and condiments are excluded, so as not to excite the appetite. Eat 5-6 times a day.

In the diet №8 with obesity are resolved:
  • bread from wheat and rye flour;
  • vegetable soups with the addition of cereals, soup, borscht, beetroot, okroshka, weak low-fat meat and fish broth with meatballs, vegetables, lean meats and fish (boiled, stewed and baked form) allowed roasting after pre-boiling;
  • 1-1,5 eggs a day, boiled ones, in the form of protein omelet with vegetables;
  • kefir, yogurt, milk, sour cream in dishes, low fat cottage cheese, mild cheese;
  • butter (limited) and vegetable oil;
  • friable porridge made of buckwheat, barley and barley cereals;
  • zucchini, pumpkin, cabbage, cucumbers (in different dishes). Unsweetened fruits and berries (raw or after heat treatment), jelly, mousse, compote;
  • tomato sauce, white vegetables;
  • tea, black coffee, milk, juice fruit and berry, vegetable.

While diet No. 8 obesity excluded:
  • white bread, butter and puff pastry, soups, milk with pasta, fatty meats and fish, greasy sausages, smoked products, canned food;
  • fat cottage cheese, cream, salty cheese, pork, lamb, beef fats;
  • rice, semolina, pasta, beans, salted and pickled vegetables, grapes;
  • raisins, sugar, candy, jam, honey, ice cream, jelly, fatty and spicy sauces, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, grape (and other sweet) juice, cocoa, chocolate, sweet brew.

Monday

1-y Breakfast. Meat salad, coffee with milk without sugar.

Salad with tongue

80 g beef tongue, 30 g carrots, 35 g potato, 15 g of celery 25 g of pickles, 5 ml vinegar 15 ml vegetable oil, pepper, parsley, salt.

Language boil and cut into strips. Boiled carrots and potatoes peel and chop medium dice. Also chop the celery and peeled pickled cucumbers. Products mix. Add pepper, salt, vinegar and season with vegetable oil. Before serving dish and season with salt. Decorate with pieces of language, cucumbers and parsley.

2-nd Breakfast. The low fat cottage cheese.

Lunch. Soup of assorted vegetables, boiled meat with stewed cabbage, compote from fresh apples no sugar.

Peasant soup

200 g of cabbage, 1 l of water, 200 g potatoes, 50 g turnip, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 25 g of butter, sour cream, salt, pepper and herbs.

Roots clean and cut into slices, potatoes – diced cabbage and chop onions. In boiling water put the cabbage, browned in butter and herbs, potatoes and cook everything together for 20-25 minutes, and then season with salt. For 5-10 minutes before end of cooking the soup add the chopped tomatoes. Serve with sour cream and greens.

Dinner. Fish in sauce with boiled potatoes, broth hips.

Fish in a green sauce

3 tbsp olive oil, 4 slices of hake (or cod) for 170 each, 1/2 chopped onion, 3 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 100 ml of fish broth, 2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley, 100 g toasted almonds, salt and freshly ground black pepper, sprigs of dill.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the fish and fry it (for 2 minutes each side). Carefully put the fish on a warmed dish, cover and keep warm. Onions in the remaining pan oil and fry for 3 minutes Then pour in the stock, add the parsley and almonds. Simmer until lightly thickened (also 3 min). Put the mixture in a blender (or food processor) and beat in a homogeneous mass. Season with salt and pepper. Put the fish back in the pan, pour over sauce and simmer for 1-2 min. Serve, garnished with dill.

For the night. A Cup of yogurt.

Tuesday

1-y Breakfast. Boiled meat, salad of beetroot, coffee with milk (no sugar).

A salad of beets and beans with pears

2 tbsp hazelnuts, 500 g of beet, 100 g green beans, 2 small leeks, 1 pear, 100 g of canned beans.

For the filling: 2 tbsp. finely chopped dill 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar, 60 ml olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 200°C and roast the hazelnuts until Golden brown (6-8 minutes). Then the nuts cool slightly and chop. Beets cook, peel, cut into cubes and put in large bowl. Green beans to problanshirovat in boiling water until soft (1-2 minutes), then rinse with cold water, dry and slice. Leeks, wash and chop thin rings. Cut pear into 4 pieces, remove seeds and cut into slices. In a bowl with beetroot folded blindirovannye green beans, leeks, beans and slices of pear. To prepare the filling good RUB dill, garlic, grain mustard, vinegar and olive oil. Season the salad and leave for 1 hour to Decorate the dish with nuts and serve.

2-nd Breakfast. Cheese mild.

Friedge red

200 g of boiled meat, 1/2 beet, 1 potato, 1/2 onion beam, Ukr and parsley, 2 eggs, 1 small cucumber, 500 ml of yogurt, 500 ml kvass, 100 g of sour cream.

Beets boil, peel and grate on a fine grater. Boiled potatoes, eggs and fresh cucumber cut into cubes, green onions, parsley and dill finely chop, chop. Pour the prepared foods kvass with kefir (or sour milk).

Carrots stewed with prunes

180 g carrots, 40 g prunes, 5 g of butter.

Stuffed cabbage diet

180 g white cabbage, 40 g carrot, 10 g white roots, 15 g pumpkin 10 g onions, 1/2 egg, 10 g butter, 50 g of rice, 4 g of dill (or parsley), 90 g of the sauce.

Finely chop the onion and pour over boiling water. Then extinguish it with oil, adding diced carrot, parsnip and pumpkin. Steamed vegetables mixed with boiled rice, boiled egg (or a single protein) and greens. Of cleaned head to cut the stalk. The cabbage to cook until soft. Boiled beef in vegetable jelly

100 g of boiled beef, 3 g gelatin, 1/4 lemon, 1/2 egg, 5 g of green, 80 ml vegetable broth (from any veggies, except beets).

In the hot vegetable broth to dissolve the gelatin previously soaked in cold boiled water. The resulting solution strain through cheesecloth, folded in 2-3 layers, and put the cold. Slightly cooled jelly pour a thin layer on the bottom of the prepared dish and cool. Slices of cooked beef to put on a frozen jelly. Decorate mugs of lemon, hard-boiled eggs, leaves green. Dish pour the remaining jelly and cool.

For the night. A glass of yogurt.

Environment

1-y Breakfast. Scrambled eggs of 2 eggs, vegetable salad with vegetable oil, coffee with milk.

“Autumn sun”

2-3 carrots, 2 apples, 1 turnip, 1/2 head of cabbage, parsley.

For the filling: 2 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, sugar, salt.

Peel the carrots, apples, radish and grate on a coarse grater. Put everything in a bowl, add shredded cabbage, parsley and salad dressing. Mix well all the ingredients.

2-nd Breakfast. Cottage cheese with milk.

Lunch. Vegetable soup, meat stew with vegetables, tea.

Summer tomato soup

200 ml of tomato juice, 60 g of cucumber, 10 grams of green salad. 4 g of dill and parsley, 15 g green onions, 1/2 of eggs, 10 ml of vegetable oil.

Cucumbers and a boiled egg cut into cubes, salad – julienne. Green onions, dill and parsley to chop and grind. Pour greens chilled tomato juice and refilled with fresh oil. In the absence of contraindications, you can use other fresh vegetables, boiled potatoes.

Veal stewed with vegetables

600 g veal 2 carrots, 1 Cup green peas, 2 tbsp. of butter, 100 g of sour cream, 1 celery and parsley, 1 teaspoon of flour, 3 tomatoes, 100 grams of grapes, 1 orange, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, dill, sugar, salt, pepper.

Cut the meat into pieces. Salt it, pepper it, sprinkle with lemon juice, roll in flour and fry in butter. To shift the meat in a pan, add finely chopped herbs, carrots, spices and simmer on low heat for about 1 hour, slightly watering. In end, add green peas and sour cream. Serve with boiled potatoes and leaf lettuce. Garnish with tomatoes, grapes and oranges.

Dinner. Fish boiled with boiled potatoes, broth hips.

Perch boiled with garlic sauce

230 g pike-perch, 10 g of carrot 10 g of parsley, 10 g onions, 4 g of parsley, 50 ml of garlic sauce, 150 g garnish, Bay leaf, black pepper.

For the sauce: 30 g garlic, 3 egg yolks 85 ml vegetable oil, 20 g of ground sweet red pepper, 10 g salt, 50 ml of lemon juice.

The prepared fish is cleaned and cut into portions. Then boil it in little water, adding onions, carrots, parsley, salt, pepper and Bay leaf. Fillet ready to put on a dish. Garnish with boiled potatoes. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Separately apply garlic sauce. For the sauce, peel a garlic, salt and grind. Add the ground red sweet pepper and egg yolks. Then, continuing to RUB, a thin stream pour vegetable oil and bring the mass to a thick mayonnaise. Then add the lemon juice and beat well.
