1. Yeast cake with cabbage and egg

Cooking. Sift flour, add ½ tablespoon of salt, sugar and yeast, mix thoroughly. Put the flour in the butter and knead with your hands to make small crumbles. Pour 250 ml of milk and stir until smooth. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.

Cut the cabbage in small strips and place in a pan with hot oil. Fry on high heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then reduce the heat, pour in the remaining milk and bake for another 20-30 minutes. The sunflower sprouts to taste. Boil 3 eggs hard boiled, cool, peel and cut into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Cut the cabbage in small strips, carrots grate on a grater, mushrooms cut into thin slices. Put these ingredients in a pan and fry, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.

  • 1 ½ teaspoon mustard;
  • 150 ml double cream;
  • 400 g of ham;
  • 350 g puff pastry;
  • 1 egg.

Melt nearly all the butter in the pan. Put sliced onion half rings and fry on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Coarsely chop cabbage and place in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes. Cabbage should not be completely cooked. Then drain it from the water and place in a bowl with cold water.

In a saucepan melt remaining butter over medium heat, sprinkle in the flour and cook for a minute, stirring constantly. Pour in the broth and stir until then, until it thickens. Reduce heat and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, pepper, mustard and cream, stir and cook for another minute. Put the sauce cubes of ham, cabbage and onions, mix well.

Ingredients
  • 200 g flour;
  • 100 g of butter;
  • 2 tablespoons of water;
  • salt – to taste;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 250 g minced meat (you can take any, for example pork or beef);
  • 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • ¼ Head of cabbage;
  • 200 ml cream;
  • 50 g of hard cheese;
  • ground black pepper – to taste.

Mix the flour, butter, water, pinch of salt and egg until smooth. Wrap the dough with clingfilm and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Fry the mince in hot oil for 15 minutes. Add to meat with finely chopped cabbage and salt, stir and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Whisk remaining eggs and cream. Add the finely grated cheese, salt and pepper, then mix.

  • 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • 1 onion;
  • ¼ Head of cabbage;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 3-4 potatoes;

  • 100 ml of water;
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • 600-700 g flour;
  • ½ Teaspoon of baking powder;
  • 1 egg.

Heat half the oil in a pan and lightly fry small strips of onion. Put the thinly sliced cabbage and grated carrot and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Add diced potatoes, salt and pepper and mix. You can add other seasonings of your choice. Fry for 5-7 minutes, then cool.

Ingredients
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 600 g minced meat (can be any);
  • 50 g of rice;
  • a few sprigs of parsley;
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg;
  • a pinch of cumin;
  • salt – to taste;
  • ground black pepper – to taste;
  • 200 ml vegetable or meat stock;
  • 1 cabbage;
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • 100 g of hard cheese.
Cooking

Chop the onion and garlic. Finely chop the pepper. Peel the tomatoes and grate them on a grater. Mix the minced meat with the prepared vegetables, rice, chopped parsley, spices and half the broth. Remove the stuffing in the fridge for an hour.

Remove the cabbage from the stalk, dip the head in boiling water for 5-7 minutes and remove the steamed leaves. Put a few leaves in a tin with removable bottom so that they are slightly hanging from the edges. Lay them on half of the filling, pour half of the remaining broth and cover with cabbage leaves. Make another layer with the remaining ingredients.

Grease the cake with vegetable oil, cover with foil and place in a preheated 180 °C oven for about an hour. Remove the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes, until cheese is browned.
