How to cook eggs in the oven diversify Breakfast

1. Simple baked eggs in the oven

Cut bell pepper, eggplant, onion, zucchini and potatoes in large pieces and place on a baking sheet. Add the chopped garlic, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix. Put in a preheated 200 °C oven for 15-20 minutes.

Whisk the eggs and milk. Add almost all of the grated cheese and chopped parsley and mix well. Put the vegetables in covered with parchment baking dish. Pour egg mixture, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 180 °C for another 20 minutes.

9. Puff with baked eggs

Ingredients
  • 250 g puff pastry;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 30 g of hard cheese;
  • salt – to taste;
  • ground black pepper – to taste;
  • a few feathers green onions.

Cut out the layer of dough four circles with a diameter of 11-12 cm. place them on a baking tray lined with parchment. Take a glass or round cookie cutter, the diameter of which is smaller blanks of dough about 1 cm, gently push the glass or form circles so that they have formed edges.   • ground black pepper – to taste;
  • 3 eggs;

  • a little grated Parmesan – optional.
Cooking

Put the tomatoes on the laid parchment baking sheet. They cut off the tops and remove the seeds. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Put the tomatoes in a preheated 200 °C oven for 10 minutes.

Then break an egg into each tomato basket, sprinkle with salt and pepper and put in the oven for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped onion and, if desired, grated cheese.
