Bobotik or Plantex, which is more effective

There is no sugar in the composition of Bobotik, so it can be used in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus. Before giving a medicine to a child, it is necessary to take into account all the data given and consult with your pediatrician.

From the first days of life, a person can suffer from functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. They cause a change in motor function, digestion and absorption of food. Violate the composition of the intestinal microflora and the activity of immunity. This leads to colic, frequent regurgitation, soreness and difficulty in defecation.

Parents resort to the help of such medications as Bobotik and Plantex. Before using them, they want to figure out how effective each drug is, whether there are contraindications and which drug is better to use.

Bobotik

Carminative. The drug is used for disorders of the gastrointestinal tract of a functional nature. Provided in the form of oral drops, an emulsion that is sufficiently thick and opaque. Color from white to cream shade. The taste is sweet with sourness. The smell is raspberry.

Bobotik

The therapeutic effect is achieved due to the main component in the composition – simethicone (66.66 mg / 1 ml). Excipients add smell and taste. The drug is available in 30 ml vials.

Simethicone destroys gas bubbles. In this case, the composition of microflora, the presence of enzymes remain unchanged.

It is not absorbed into the general bloodstream, is excreted unchanged with feces unchanged. Does not interfere with the absorption of food. Does not change the composition, volume, reaction of the gastric secretion.

Cases of overdose by Bobotik are unknown. When taking the recommended doses, no adverse reactions were detected. An exception may be allergic manifestations in the form of:

  • Skin rashes.
  • Itchy conditions.
  • Urticaria.

Before use, the product is shaken until a homogeneous consistency. The dose is determined in drops. To facilitate the process, the bottle must be held upright.

The drug can be given to children during or after meals, before going to bed.

The use of Bobotik after operations is practiced. If the symptoms disappear, the use of the drug should be discontinued.

Plantex

An antispasmodic of plant origin. The drug is used for gastrointestinal dysfunction. It is produced in the form of soluble small granules. The color is light brown. The smell of fennel.

Plantex

Each bag holds 5 g of the drug. The therapeutic effect is due to the active substance – fennel extract (250 mg), additional components: anhydrous glucose, lactose.

The drug has a stimulating effect on digestion processes (increased secretion of gastric juice, increased peristalsis), reduces gas formation, promotes the removal of gases from the intestines, has a relaxing effect in spasmodic areas.

Symptoms of an overdose of the drug are not fixed. Adverse reactions are rare. Of these, there may be:

  • Changes in the skin.
  • Respiratory disorders
  • Gastrointestinal dysfunction.

The drug is given to children, previously dissolved in ½ cup of warm water or milk, after feeding or between meals.

  5. Plantex is indicated for infants from 2 weeks of age, and Bobotik – from 4 weeks.
  6. Bobotik has a wider range of applications, including its use for the treatment of adult patients.
  7. Plantex is not used during pregnancy and lactation, as there are no clinical data. Bobotite is prescribed during these periods, but carefully, in case of absolute necessity.

Both drugs have special instructions for use. During treatment, Bobotik do not drink carbonated drinks. Plantex is used only in freshly prepared form, without sweeteners.
