The psychological skills that determine your life

With one particular point of view, such global things as self-development or precorrection can largely fit in the scope of exactly one article. Namely, a set of specific skills that are necessary to implement the strategy for happiness and success in your life.

The logic is the following.

Any achievement of man is either the result of random events. Or the result of his deliberate efforts. A targeted effort is the result of the implementation of their knowledge and skills. But skills are specific abilities which enable you to realize your potential.

Psychological skills for self-development

All just? Not at all. After all, the understanding of the essence of a skill does not give you the algorithm of introduction of this skill into your life. But! This understanding adds to your life a significant amount of certainty.

After all, how much easier to formulate the tags to search for in personal development. How much easier to formulate the query in his personal therapy. How much easier it is to estimate the sequence of steps when you have a set of options among which to choose.

Important! It is important (a tautology, well, hell with it) refers to the list below as something that you do not! Important refers to this list as to certain areas of your growth! Otherwise you are guaranteed a headache and a drop in self-esteem! You need it?

The set of psychological skills that provides your psychological efficiency

Delegation – ability to delegate responsibility for the implementation of any business to another person.

The ability to request – the ability to show their need in any way.

The ability to thank – the ability to pay tribute to the efforts of another person who he made for you.

Support – ability to give another person emotional support in a time when it is needed.

1-stream thinking – the ability to convey their own thoughts, feelings, motivations and intentions to the other person (people) in the source volume (that is, in the same form as in the head).

Reflection of emotions – the ability to recognize the emotions in fact and in real time

Sensing emotions – the ability to recognize the emotions of another person in real time on the basis of non-verbal data and/or behavior.

Reflection needs = the ability to read their own needs and desires with the help of analysis of its current behavior.

Reflection of bodily sensations = the ability to read your quality bodily sensations for later evaluation of their emotions, resources or problems.

Reflection resources – the ability to assess their psycho-physiological readiness for activity and/or decision-making.

Reflection challenges – the ability to identify the emotional failures of his psyche.

Summarizing – the ability to identify the gist of a situation, event or phenomenon.

Focus on ability – the ability to distinguish in any situation of potential opportunities and benefits.

Presentation – ability to demonstrate their knowledge, abilities, skills, achievements and aspirations of others.

Presentation of ideas – the ability to show all the benefits of their own proposals to create an emotional response in response to the idea.

Direct denial – the ability to say “no” to the requests, wishes or demands of others.

Validation of their projections – the ability during intercourse to understand the degree of accuracy of understanding the opinions, motives and intentions of the opponent.

Self-control = the ability to work independently without external control

The ability to persuade = the ability to actively push their opinions on others with the purpose of realization of their needs or of realization of strategy of win – win

The ability to speak before an audience = the ability to convey information, emotional messages and to interact with a group of people

Time management – ability to allocate time of the working day

Setting goals – the ability to set specific positively-oriented goals tied to their needs and time.

The allocation of priorities = the ability to identify your desires, goals and needs that correspond to the Pareto principle and provide you with maximum effectiveness.

Budgeting time – the ability to assess the estimated time costs (in some activity).

The ability to clearly follow instructions = the ability to follow the logic instructions of other people

Ability to take initiative = ability to use my experience and skills to generate proposals for improving current activities.

The ability to clarify instructions and ideas of other people = ability to promptly, openly and consistently to verify the degree of understanding of other people’s ideas.

Courtesy and tact = the ability to behave according to socially accepted standards, communicate respectfully, carefully, anticipating and avoiding the sharp edges of emotional contact

The ability to coordinate plans with 2 or more people = the ability to take into account the wishes of the parties and to offer mutually beneficial cooperation.

The ability to motivate others = the ability to actualize desires, emotions and needs of others.

Ability to focus on achieving results = ability to identify specific indicators of self-efficacy and the ability to control these parameters in the dynamics.

Resource thinking = the ability to focus on their own capabilities and skills when faced with life’s obstacles.

The ability to highlight the essence of the conflict = the ability to focus on the logic of generalized essence of what is happening beyond the one-sided understanding of what is happening.

The ability to offer solutions to the conflict = the ability to identify those decisions that are directly related to the interaction between the parties, rather than the needs of the participants.

Resourceaware – the ability to regain their strength for specific tasks

Relaxation – the ability to physically relax your body with emotional stress or uncertainty

Proactive chat is the ability to build relationships, based on the postulate “I am the cause of everything that is happening to me.”
