  • Back pain: 2 parts of black elderberry and 1 part of thyme and linden flowers. Tea relaxes muscles and calms the nervous system.
  • Improving digestion: Take equal proportions of raspberry, strawberry, apple and nettle leaves. This infusion is rich in vitamins and speeds up the process of digesting food. With the addition of fresh berries and fruits it will be even tastier.
  • Decreased acidity in the stomach: 2 parts of St. John’s wort herb, mint leaves and sage, 1 part of pharmacy chamomile, star anise leaves and thyme grass. Tea calms the gastrointestinal tract, it is recommended for gastritis and gastric ulcer.
