“Professional burnout occurs as a consequence of chronic fatigue with constant discomfort at work,” says psychologist of the Insight clinic Natalia Gulina.
“These can be physical conditions, for example, noise, narrowness, and psychological, for example, a very large number of communications connected with claims, conflicts, high expectations from oneself or from others.”
By the way, burning out can be connected not with professional activity, but with a passionate desire, which for some reason can not be fulfilled. Or with a relationship that draws all the energy and empties.
Signs of burning

Previously, doctors, teachers, psychologists, and sellers were included in the risk group. Now they are increasingly added to sales managers, waiters and people of creative professions, who often have to be in public. But it is not necessary to bring down everything on the specifics of the work – much depends on personal characteristics.

Remember that you were happy earlier, imagine what can please now.
2. Do not be afraid of change. Ask yourself the question – what kind of reality would you like to see? And what can you do about it right now? “At first, the changes are internal in nature,” Alain Sagadeeva explains, “and then the world changes. 3. Learn to communicate and switch.According to Natalia Gulina, high communicative competence – the ability to communicate correctly, and easily switch – prevents burnout. Communicate with pleasure – this will reduce the number of conflicts, and if the trouble does happen, learn to be distracted.
