Who should not eat nuts

Since childhood, we hear that a handful of nuts should be eaten every day in order to stay healthy and properly regulate our diet. Nuts are rich in many useful substances.

Nuts should not be eaten with:

  • enterocolitis, stomach ulcers, colitis and gastritis, diseases of the duodenum;

Even healthy people do not want to overdo it with nuts, so as not to cause vomiting, headache and nausea.
