Diet diabetes

Diet in diabetes. Diet number 9 is recommended for diabetes of light and average weight. The calorie content of the diet moderately reduced at the expense of easily digestible carbohydrates and animal fats (with the exception of sugar and sweets and the use of sorbitol and xylitol).

On the day the body gets 90-100 g of protein, 75-80 g (30% vegetable) fats, 300-350 g (polysaccharides) carbohydrates.

Energy value of the diet is 2300-2500 kcal.

In the diet №9 diabetes resolved:
  • rye, wheat, protein-otrubanie bread, nesdobnoe flour products;
  • any vegetable soups, lean meat and fish broths, lean meats, poultry and fish;
  • milk, dairy products, low-fat cottage cheese and cheeses;
  • cereals (buckwheat, barley, millet, oats, barley);
  • beans, potatoes and vegetables, fresh fruit and berries sour-sweet varieties.
While diet No. 9 in diabetes mellitus excludes:
  • strong and fat broths, lean meats, fish, poultry, sausages, salted fish;
  • products from fancy pastry;
  • salty cheese, cream, sweet curd cheese;
  • rice, semolina, pasta;
  • salted and pickled vegetables, grapes, raisins, sugar, jam, candy, sugary juices, soft drinks sugar, meat and cooking fats.

Diet No. 9 in diabetes. The approximate menu of the day

1-y Breakfast. A bold cheese, salad of pickled cabbage and beetroot, coffee with milk without sugar.

A salad of pickled cabbage and beets

100 g pickled cabbage, 40 g beet, 50 g of potato, 10 ml vegetable oil 10 g green {or onions).

The beets and potatoes to boil (or bake). Then clean the vegetables and cut into small cubes. Sauerkraut to wring out (the acidic rinse in cold boiled water). Large pieces finely chop, mix with beets and potatoes. Add chopped green (or bulb) onion and season with vegetable oil.

2-nd Breakfast. Fresh Apple.

Lunch. Vegetarian soup, cutlets chopped steam, eggplant stew, fresh Apple.

The cabbage soup

100 g of cabbage, 25 g carrots, 20 g onions, 10 g parsley root, 6 g of wheat flour, 5 ml of vegetable oil, 3 g of parsley or dill, 8 g of sour cream.

Minced meat patties steam baked in milk sauce

Dinner. Steam fish cutlets, cabbage stew.

Fish cutlets steam

100 g fresh fillet of Zander, 20 g white bread, 25 ml of milk, 5 g butter.

Fish 2-3 times mince together with soaked in milk bread. Add the softened butter and well knock the stuffing. Wet hands formed into patties, put them on the oiled grid of a double boiler, cover and bring to readiness. Serve with butter.

Red cabbage braised

150 g red cabbage, 75 g of fresh apples, 5 g sugar, 5 g butter, 15 g wheat flour.
