The benefits of quail eggshell

The most valuable shell is quail. Studies by doctors have shown that the shell of quail eggs, consisting of 90% calcium carbonate (calcium carbonate), is easily digested. It contains all the necessary trace elements for the body: copper, fluorine, iron, manganese, molybdenum, phosphorus, sulfur, zinc, silicon and others – only 27 elements! The significant content of silicon and molybdenum in it is especially important – our everyday food is extremely poor with these elements, but they are absolutely necessary for the normal course of biochemical reactions in the body.

The introduction of chopped quail eggshell into the food showed high therapeutic activity and the absence of any side effects, including bacterial infection. Taking the eggshell, you can not be afraid that the excess will be deposited on the bones and joints, not be afraid of urolithiasis. If it is not necessary, it is ideally excreted from the body.

By the way, the shell purifies water from chlorine and heavy metals, gives it alkaline properties, which prevents acidification of the body. Be always healthy by eating quail eggs!
