Transition to winter time, how the body reacts

The influence on the body of the clock was decided to study the German scientists from the Institute of Medical Psychology in Munich. They found that the cause of the negative consequences of the clock is related to the imbalance between the internal biological clock of a person and real time. Therefore, people in the period of adaptation are sometimes in mixed feelings and sensations.

Experts talk about the special function of the biological clock: thanks to them, the body adjusts the production of hormones, stabilizes body temperature, and is also responsible for the sleep and wake of a person. And the change of hours makes changes in the mode of a person’s day, therefore we feel changes in well-being.

It is no secret that the transition to another time in the autumn and in the spring always affects the body in a special way. Scientists argue a lot about this, but the fact that you need to maintain vitamins and eat properly is a fact. Some experts say that the transfer of time does not have any significant effect on the human body. Others report problems with sleep, poor mood, and overall poor health.

Chronobiologist Til Rennenberg from Munich conducted a study that proved that due to the transition to winter / summer time, a person may experience fatigue and also activate diseases. First of all, it affects working capacity: the body simply does not have time to adapt to changing the schedule of its life. Therefore, the scientist is sure that the mismatch of the internal clock of the body and real time can harm human health.

There is another opinion about this. It is said that changing the clock trains metabolism and thus gives the body the ability to adapt to changing day lengths. Initially, a person got used to being guided by the sun – got up with his sunrise and fell asleep with sunset. Therefore, this genetically incorporated function must be supported by a clock transfer, there will be no illnesses from this, but simply the body will feel short-term discomfort. It can be eliminated if you go to bed and get up an hour or two earlier.

In any case, you need to prepare for the clock. Read recommendations on how to make the watch less visible to the body.
