What is intimate gymnastics for?

Modern medicine drew attention to this gymnastics only in the last century. An American gynecologist noted the frequency of complaints of omission of organs and stagnation of blood in his patients.
The main reason for this ailment is a sedentary lifestyle. We drive in cars, sit at home on sofas, as a result of which our organs relax and all kinds of diseases associated with the intimate sphere develop. After the same gynecologist invented the simulator and developed an exercise pattern, intimate gymnastics was recognized by world medicine.

Errors in performing intimate gymnastics

The first one. We warm the ligaments
Spread your feet shoulder-width apart, bend your knees, and straighten your back.
We put the pelvis in an equal position, as if we are tightening the “tail”, then we move the pelvis forward and return to its original position. Do all the movements smoothly, repeat the exercise 8 times.
The second one. Rotate the pelvis
Again, feet shoulder width apart, bend your knees. Only the lower body works. Rotate your pelvis first one way, then the other way. Repeat 10 times.
The third. Basic intimate muscle training
The starting position is the same. Compress and relax the muscles of the anus and vagina. We hold tension for a few counts and then release it, repeat this exercise 16 times.
Fourth. Strengthening the muscles of the pelvis
We keep the same position of the legs. Pull the pelvis forward, while inhaling we strain our legs, hips and buttocks. We count to 20 and relax. Must be repeated 5 times.
Fifth. Increase female energy
This exercise is performed while sitting or lying on your back. Warm your palms, rub them against each other, when you feel warm, put them on the ovary area in the lower abdomen. Feel the organs warm. Actively breathe in for 3 minutes to keep warm.
